Sub : Request to find out and bring back Ajith K.N. who is working at Saudi Arabia
Sir,
I am the father of Mr. Ajith K.N. now working at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 300/5/3393/92. They had offered my son a valid visa for the job of Heavy Duty Tanker Lorry Driver at K.S.A. through a recruiting agency at Makttab Al Kharj by name 'Al-Munefia', Tele No. 00966-555101094. Initially a person by name Dileep who is running 'Media Travels' at Pazhakulam, Adoor Taluk, Pathanamthitta District, Telephone No. 04634 237380 approached us and told that he along with another person by name Jayan who is running a Travel Agency by name 'Victoria Enterprises' at Mubai B.T.1, Telephone No. 09869487995 are sub agents of the said 'Abdulla Travels' and for obtaining the visa a sum of Rs. 95,000/- is paid. Apart from this, they also made us to believe that within 3 months of his arrival to that country they will facilitate him to obtain Saudi Driving Licence from there without any additional payment. Getting attracted by this, we agreed with the above offer made and at that time we never had any feeling that we will be ever cheated by the agency or the said persons. The said Dileep was so clever to conceal any glimpses of cheating in face, while narrating this thing to us.
Now it is learned that we were deliberately cheated by the said agency and the persons. My son was not given with the job of Tanker Lorry Driver which was actually offered to him as per the visa shown by the said people, before his departure from this country. On the other hand he is forced to do works in the farm at the remote area of that country, which a human being is expected to do or can do. He is not provided with food and shelter property. He is not paid any salary tills date by his sponsor Saud Kibilan Al Duneria, whose telephone No is 00966-555264805. Now a child has born to him and even that matter is not able to convey to him. The entire family is in deep sorrow and for the last 3 months the said Ajith has not condacted us. Now we are groping in dark to find his whereabouts and we even don't know what should be done. After hearing this shocking newts his mother is bed ridden. We fear that the agency people in connivance with their aids at Saudi will do harm to the life of Ajith with an intention to keep the cheating in secret. Only the interference and help from your side can save his life and bring him back to our country.
In these circumstances, on behalf of the entire family I request you to take immediate steps in a war footing mode to save the life of said Ajith and bring him back to our country.
