[Keralites] Very urgent- pls help me out

hi spark and friends

i bought a new external hdd case, to convert my internal seagate IDE hdd to external usb hdd, but the hdd is getting detected under disk drive in device manager, but its not getting detected under my comp or disk management, pls help me out to resolve the problem.
