Pork and Dressing Casserole
serves 6
This is really a tasty way to use up left over pork roast. It is so easy to
make. I got the recipe from another group and it was posted by ckayp77.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups pork, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 package pork flavor stuffing mix, (Stove Top)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 to 1/2 cup celery
1 cup or more chicken broth
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
Melt butter and combine with stuffing and seasoning mix from package. Add
about 1/4 cup chicken broth and stir. Place about half of the mixture in a
casserole sprayed with non-stick spray. Combine pork, soups, celery, dried
minced onion and 3/4 cup chicken broth. Pour over stuffing. Add remaining
stuffing mixture over this. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot
and bubbly.
