wht the hell r u telling ...
who told u tht "Without your permit, no one can make any change in your mobile connection".
its on ur paper only.
u guys even do not care wht the other person telling ?
even he is dying wht to u ... u will sit in ac offices and tell ur customer this type of things which is only on paper ... and these things i m telling u based on my experinces.
currently i m in ahmedabad but have been from sep-2005 to sep-2007.
 at starting(means in sep-2005) i have taken airtel prepaid card.
one day while i m in meeting one of ur telemarketer called me and telling ur f**kable plan of going for postpaid.
i hv told her i m in meeting but she does not want to listen anything ... she is just arguing abt goodness abt f**kable plan. so i hv told him to call me in evening so i can continue my meeting.and in evening she does not called me so i dnt remember things ... but suddenly after 3 day my card got deactivated so i hv called airtel customer care ... u know for the 3 days ur customer care cannot say y my card got deactivated ... on the 4th day after so many calls(min of 100+) finally told me my no. hs been changed to postpaid.and wht more they are saying (just like u r telling to Renu ) tht it is my fault tht i dnt say no to ur telemarketer and bcoz i have not say no to ur telemarketer she have taken positive answer nd have changed my plan to postpaid. ... ya i know this time also u will ask me to escalate thins thing. but do u know how many emails i have done to airtel,
 
i dnt want to write this thing but i know the guys like u will always sit inb AC Offices and can do only one thing is tht u will always tell other people it is always their fault.
u wont take anything as ur fault.
so this may ne an eyeopener for u.
and if u wish to listen then i can have 3-4 grate exp. from ur compnay.

Without your permit, no one can make any change in your mobile connection. So, as said by Vasanth in the trailing mail, Pls don't accept any things until you feel comfy with their schemes or services.
 
If anyone has suffered or felt as cheated by telecom operator's then you can escalate the issue to the concerned circle VAS manager for resolution.
 
Aside for Renu: Dear, If you has been charged for Hello Tune without informing you or become the subscriber. Then its your fault, as you haven't escalated the issue. Because it can be easily identified that via which medium you got subscribed or in case if its really by mistakenly then you can claim or get refund for the amount deducted from your account.
 
So, please fight for your right and don't seat idle in case you are cheated by someone.
