Dear All,
It is a real shock to all of us, but can we blame them? Is it becasuse the spectators are not kind enough to do so? I feel our system is also partially responsible for this situation.
I know a fried (NRI) who had to spend most of his days during his vacation shuttling between a police station and his house simply becasue he saved a person who met with an accident.
