Dear Spark
One of the PC in my network is infected with Hacktool.Rootkit, I googgled and i could not get a proper solution to remove the same, do you have any removal tool to remove this hacktool, also i am using symantec endpoint protection it detects and deletes the infection, but it always pop up the message that it is deleting the infection, its not completeley removing the infection, I had contacted symantec support and they are just working on it, they will take their own time to give a solution, can you suggest a solution.
Thanks in Advance
Raneesh
