             The solution of Miss Mishra is as below:
 
(1)   Start Pranayam.  You should do Kapalbhati for five minutes, Bhastrika for 2
two minutes daily.
(2)   Start skipping with one rope as per your choice and size.  Initiate it five minutes daily and gradually up to fifteen minutes.  This is a best solution and your belly will surely reduced within a month.  But you have to consistently do the above noted activity regularly for one month and after completing one month you may see that your belly reduced upto 1 inch.
