It is roughly around 750 kms from Trivandrum to Mookambika.
How are you planning to travel i.e., by rail or own transport ?
What I would suggest is that you stay at Udupi (there is a famous Sri Krishna Temple at Udupi) and from there you can visit Dharmastala, Subramanya and Mooakambika. You would need 3 days. Netravati Exp. from Trivandrum will take you to Udupi or if you are travelling by your own transportation then NH to Mangalore is fine.
