hi spark,
i have problem in my computer..
i am using quick heal 9.50 antivirus.. (windows XP)
and also i am using pc tools spyware doctor...
when ever i boot my compur quick heal gives the message like k-s.exe is virus,
when i try to find out the virus spyware doctor founds tha awtsp.dll is virus...
but i cant delet this file through manual or through spyware docor. it say windows using this process u cann't delet.
it also access lsass.exe and explore.exe.
please spark help me to solve this problem
